Growing up in the South Bay has been a true blessing for me. I have had the fortune of playing professional Beach Volleyball and then transferring my commitment to excellence in the field of Real Estate. I have enjoyed 36 years of Professionalism and continue to help my clients through every aspect of their transactions. 

I am a professional Realtor in the South Bay area of Southern California. I specialize in residential and investment properties as well as 1031 exchanges and portfolio packages. I also have a good understanding of Probate sales and Short Sales and working with lenders. I have been in the business for the past 36 years and have extensive experience as a Listing agent as well as representing buyers. 

I have experience in development of real estate and marketing. I council my clients beforehand on the particulars they will most likely be facing in a real estate transaction and how we can best attain their goals and expectations. I also have been teaching a class in real estate for the last 3 and a half years. I have found that the more research and information one can pursue, the better the client benefits.

I can offer the ability to help client's needs, not only in my area, but also other areas as I have an extensive list of cooperating brokers throughout the California region. As a benefit for any agency, I can help provide a Broker's Price Opinion (BPO) to help that agent better determine value of the asset in question. 

I was also a past professional Beach Volleyball player and have a very good resume in the sport. I was ranked #4 at one stage of the player ratings and have won the Manhattan Beach Open Volleyball championship, as well as having won numerous other tournaments ...... most notably the Manhattan 6-Man championships 4 times. I had My own school of beach volleyball and taught for 12 years, all over the California coast as well as Aspen and Vail. I was invited twice to go teach and represent the USA and teach volleyball in Australia. Recently, February 2017, I was inducted into the California Beach Volleyball Hall of Fame.
